EdCoaching Language Bridge Model ^TM (LBM) includes three grade levels of English Language Arts (ELA) Standards aligned to the English Language Proficiency (ELP) Standards. The ELP Standards are identified by ELP standards and AZELLA levels. The EdCoaching LBM is a resource to support planning instruction for English learners and simultaneously apply the state required AZELLA results, ELP Standards and Discrete Skill Inventory (DSI).

The EdCoaching LBM serves as a tool to implement the SEI Models in the mainstream classroom and SEI classroom. When schools and teachers use the EdCoaching LBM as a guide, teachers will scaffold instruction by applying the ELP standards as required by Arizona law. The EdCoaching LBM also integrates the DSI and provides guidance to differentiate instruction across grade levels and between various language proficiencies.

EdCoaching LLC provides various professional learning opportunities to apply and evaluate the implementation of the EdCoaching LBM as a means to implement the Arizona SEI Models in an SEI classroom and mainstream classrooms with ELs who have been reclassified or on an Individualized Language Learner Plan (ILLP).
